We guarantee we'll rent your home in 20 days or less with the right tenant or you receive 1 month of free management fees.

Conditions are simple:

• The home must be vacant
• The home must be rent ready - the 20 days starts on the first day the home is move-in ready
• Rental price is agreed upon between both EPM and the owner
• The home must be pet friendly with a maximum of 2 approved pets
• The tenant placement guarantee must be included in your property management agreement
• Guarantee does not apply to our Tenant Placement Only Package
