Submit a repair request

If the water isn't flushing:

There is likely something blocking your pipes; you'll need to unclog the pipe using a plunger. Simply push your plunger into place and move it up and down rapidly to dislodge the debris from the pipe. Don't flush your toilet during this process; once the clog has moved, the water should drain on its own.

Nothing happens when I flush:

If your toilet handle doesn't seem to be flushing, lift the lid on the back of the tank and check that the handle is still attached to the flush mechanism. There should be a small chain linking the two.

If you don't have power in your home:

Please call your utility provider before making a repair request. Billing discrepancies or outages in your neighborhood could be at fault.

The utility provider should be able to explain what's necessary to restore power. If you need assistance after speaking with them, call us.

If there is no hot water in your property, locate your water heater and check the settings on the tank. Does everything look accurate? If you make any updates to the temperature controls, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water again.

If your HVAC system isn't working properly, use the central thermostat in your home to troubleshoot the issue. Double check that all of your settings are accurate and cycle the system off and back on again.
